University and Student Disciplinary Matters

We represent university and college students accused of fraternity/sorority hazing, assault, underage drinking, sexual harassment and sexual assault, and code of conduct violations. These matters require a knowledge of the student-client’s rights, the disciplinary hearing process and the collateral consequences of cooperation or non-cooperation. In addition, university investigations often expose clients to criminal investigations and charges. We work to protect our student-clients’ rights in both the academic and law enforcement settings.
